This page is an extract from a work in progress. I am not a poet and I certainly know it, and my imagination is more visual than word based. As a result the definitions in this encyclopedia do not fly and soar like that of the surrealist poets. Also, they are not the result of automatic writing using the free play of thought and association, but are more reflective, and sometimes use word play. Whatever, it is hoped that they are revealing and illuminating.
